Few years ago I picked up it on the curbside about 10 houses above our house.

Another Spring
Spring is here .
Every thing in the natural is vigorly starting growing.
Camping and hiking in the Joshau tree national park over the past weekend.
Litte butterflies are flying every where in the desert.
Caterpillars are running in every brushes, shrubes and trying find new leaf for food...

First 500 meter Butterfly of 2009
It's has been some time for me swimming 500 meters Butterfly.
Last time I swam Butterfly for 1000 meters in LA Fitness pool early last year.
After Switched to 24hours fitness pool, I have changed practicing set to sprinting since outdoor
pool got more fresh air.
I have improved one hour time from 2000 meters to 2500 meters.

Back Yard Fruit Tree
Yeah....
It's December but the winter sunshine still like summer...
But after the 10pm the heavy fog moved in and very hard for driving...
It's show up time for my backyard...
it's only 4 oranges on the tree..

Suddenly, my yoga poses has been improved dromaticaly ...
I was wondering why?
Last yoga class was in the Mis Tomoko's calss.
She is a healthy. pretty and with great figure Japanese lady.
I'm enjoying her class not only she is good yoga instructor...
