This is my bike.

It's a recycled bicycle because I saved it from trash dump.

Few years ago I picked up it on the curbside  about 10 houses above our house.

It's dirty, both tires flated, broken seat.

I placed it in the backyard and did not fix it till last year.

Last year, After  reading  Derray's 一萬五千公里的旅程 from Beijing to Paris. http://www.deray.org/

It's bring up my enthusiasm to begin biking.

May be there is a day I can following Deray's journey.

First step, I needs to fix up this recycled bike.

It's Schwinn Sierra 12 speed Moutain bike and it's made in Japan.

It's must be  an  old bike that is over 30 years old.

I have replaced front tire with Bell Flatblocker  and both front and rear tubes with Bell Sealblocker tube.

Hopefully it wont have flat tires.

In 2009 Newyears Eve noon,  I started ride this bike and trying to reach 100 km.

I was only able to reaching 90km and have to stop because it was 7pm and I dont have lighting for front and rear.

On 4-20-2009, I bought a computer Bell F20 for this bike and I can start tracking timing, speed and distant.

At 1pm I rode the bike from Punte Hill thru Colima boluvard via Imperial highway to Norwalk Metro train station at 2:40pm.

DST 14.1 miles,  Avg 11.2 mph, Time 1 hr 15 min.  Rest time 25 min.

This is a rental bike storage lock box.

At 3pm I was heading home via Imperial highway, liftingwell road, state college,  Brea canyon road and Diamond Bar boluvard to home.

DST-20.2 miles, Avg-10.8 mph, time 1hr 53 min. Rest time 35 min.

Yeah, this is one of top line cycling bike hand make in USA.

It's not mine...

It's belong to one of my coworker.

He paid $3500 for 16 ibes of bike.
