Laterly,
I have been wondering about how can I be a better swimmer or yogie?
Swimming without stroke hands hard, kick legs hard and swing waist hard?
Relaxing in stroking, kicking and swing.
Actually, it's feeling that I am swiming faster.

Just wondering when did I start swimming
and why I want to swim?
On Christmas of 2003, I found that I was not able to bent waist and reaching my finger to my toes, because my belly was restricting me to bent my body forward.
I was weight 185Ibs and happy with my round belly surround my waist line.
I was lazy like a potato couch, drinking beers and eat like pig. Almost like Homer Simpson in the TV.
I was not feeling right in my mind and trying to find something to cheering my life.
Something that may make me feels self-satisfaction. Well, here I am.Swim like Shark...

Swimming for 65 minutes.
5 set of 400 meter IM, 1st set was done in 10 minutes, rest of 4 set were done in 8 to 9 minutes.
2 set of 200 meter, each one was done 4 minutes in sprinting .
It's was a different today, cauz I did not feeling tired.
Pool friends were joking that I were sleeping on the job during the night working shift.

Now, I have a blog home, just like u, my yahoo firends.
