Laterly,


I have been wondering about how can I be a better swimmer or yogie?


Swimming without stroke hands hard, kick legs hard and swing waist hard?


Relaxing in stroking, kicking and swing.


Actually, it's feeling that I am swiming faster.


Cause I am floating and moving.


I am also able to feel water touching and slip thru. my aged thick skin.


It's wonderful feeling.


Feeling like gotten a message from the morning breeze.


Nice gentle with soft tuch.


In yoga,


Let the thought of  mind bring the body, limbs stratching into the soul.


Mind, Body and Soul


All in an act.
