Today is 2nd times bike to work.
My home is at Daimond Bar and my work place HTP is over El Segundo next to the LAX.
Freeway driving distant is about 48 miles one way.
I am working 12 hours night shift from 6pm to 6am.
Normally we have shift changes on 5:30 am/pm.
Following are my biking timing and data:
I have Bell Computer F20 set in metric so all data in metric.

[版主回覆06/09/2009 13:27:07]BTW is fun... better than stuck in traffic jam. BTW has stress to be on time so can not rest or delay on the road.. BT home is much harder.. it's up hill ride... no time limit so ride slower than BTW... after 12 hrs night duty... I am pretty much exhausting....
