visiting clinic and docotr in anahiem...

it's 1st time  rest  at home and off work for 3 months..

in states...

forsure, it's great impacts and changes to re-thinking about life...

now..I am feeling what is aging now...

have more time enjoying ur posts.....

let me cheering my mind in the down time...

can not biking..so start walking around the neihborhood,

I am eye of neiborhood watch program..

It's a heavy car accident.

year of 2009 was my best fortune year...

becaz able made new friends with you , brown's family, and other 3 biking budies..

have best biking trip and record in my life...

this accident damerged my rightside arm shoulder...

I am may not able to making new venture with machi team...

but when I back on bike again...

I will bike easy trip with machi team...

you and brown are on road trip in ur job...

just keep safety in mind..

now, only can biking on stationary bike in the gym.

on the road or moutain hill road may be have to wait for a year...

Jensen，車子幾近報銷，可見撞擊的力道很大。人平安就好，現在就好好調養復健。
