With Brown set up the tour  and Alvis help..
Finally completed bike tour on  the highest alpine highway in Taiwan.
Alvis not only did logistic support but also let me using his Giant bike..
Brown has been waiting two hours  for my slow arrive so we can bike together for rest of trip.
