few months back,
bought same sweet purple yam from 99 ranch market,
a bag of yams  left in draw under this file cabinet.
until yam start sprouting..
just put the sprouting yam in the potting pot,
fills soils and adds water.
it's start growing wild..
may be soon I can harvest yam in my office..




just let it grow free no trimming..






this exercise for turning head and neck to the left...
then inhale and exhale...
