Wow...two UFO....
Two rocks on the center is popular surfing spot in Yi-Lan area.
would spent some times and have surfing this summer.
In last few month has been reducing swimming set and time from
one hour to 30 minutes,
2000 meters to 1000 meters..
but still maintaining single breathe crossing the 25 yard pool in free, breath and fly each strokes..
may be only once every two weeks would completes an hour/2000 meters set..
why?
tire?
not really..
just dont feel like to do it ..
hmmmm...
lack of passion and momentum in the pool....
may be need to take short break..
rejuvenate energy

看了半天才知道幽浮是那二架在飛行中的滑翔機，
宜蘭也有輕航機的飛行地呀，
天氣不好不宜在這裡游泳，看起挺危險的，
黑風大哥在美國還有保持游泳的習慣是嗎？

it's matter you are in the swim pool exercising ...
swimming is a good exercise. I used to swim 1000M every morning more than 10 years. But changed to gym a few years ago.

swimming cut back to 500 to 1000meter..
love the feeling of glides in the water ..
