It's a beach view in city of Oceanside.
Sea is pretty calm.
It's not a good day for surfing or sailing.
But it's a great day for biking.
It's overcast and cool day, easy to cooling off body and dont get sweating 2 much.
Oceanside beaches have lots of Marines so they like posted flag shown they are here.
Oceanside harbor. The building is holiday inn, one of famous landmark in this Marines harbor city.
It's visible from freeway I-5.
There are many bike routes in Oceanside, so biker dont need fighting with street traffic.
2nd chicken sandwich at 4:30pm. There are still 80km to San Diego.
I needs mroe energy.
Carlsbad is a beautiful beaches city.
Downtown area is make me feeling like in Europe.

beaches are spreading with white sands...
Even the greeting city sign is in surboard shape.
Every city is welcome and greeting my visiting.
Finally reached La Jolla that mean San Diego downtown is with in one hour ride.
But It's getting dark and hard to finding street signs and following the map direction to SD.
Now, I am in the San Diego Amtrak station.
It's 9pm and next train to LA is leaving at 9:30pm.
Ticket fare is 26 dollars.
In front of Amtrak ticket counter.
Surliner is our train tonight.
Bring me back to home.
Amtrak train is double deck cart.
Seating is confortable and every seat have 110v plug for Laptop pc.
It's two hours ride back to Fullerton.
I'm exciting from completed 200km bike ride but so tired in over 10 hours of paddling on the bike.
I slept for one hour in the train.

every coach have 3 bike racks at entrance doorway.
This train only have 10 coaches and only have less than 100 passengers.
When I got train is about 11:20pm.
and got home around midnight...
what a day for biking..
