the road to the mountain seen to be pretty float....
but...
from starting to ending ..
only using two gear...
1st and 2nd gear...
may be I am getting weak
first bike ride on 2011..
only 10 miles trip..
bring two bottle of water and two grape fruits...
it's in San Garbriel mountains...
located in Eastern of great Los Angeles basin.
this is very old bike...
12 speed bike...
frame made in Japan..
alloy rims make in Belgium..
shimano shifter...
I am had similar bike in 1972....
yeah...
it's old..
but younger than me...
1st bottle and grape fruit ending in 1st break..
it's about 90 minutes of struggling on this hilly road..
very few traffic on this Sunday after noon....
4 riders passing by and they all passed by me on the returning trip...
I have still on halfway...
the rider here are fast and strong...
Mt Baldy still 12 miles to go ,,
only have two hours to dark...
take another day bike all the way to Mt. Baldy,
Completes unsuccessful challege ride on 2009.
East Folk road are all down hill ride...
Red bike vs red super bike....
Yamaha FJT1100...
rider is younger than me...
and thinking about riding bike up to hill top next time instead of superbike...
10 mile all up hill ..
take me 140 minutes completed...
next time should be less...
reduces to 90 minutes.

I am enjoying very much... when arrived the peak of the mountain.. red 重機 and other 重機 already taking break there. 重機 riders more interesting and admiring my bike riding trip... they are plan and schedule how to ride their bicycle up here.. they took more photos on my red bike.. hahahahah.... I know ur though... need a 重機 park in ur garage.. right !!!!!
